FPA, in collaboration with an urban designer from Boffa Miskell, developed a masterplan for a new subdivision amalgamating five rural lots. The layout includes diverse residential lot sizes and a commercial hub. The project required a sensitive approach to minimize landform disturbance and enhance stormwater management through the introduction of ponds and rain gardens. Extensive earthworks design and consent processes were undertaken to ensure project feasibility and compliance. The result is a thoughtfully planned community that harmonizes natural and built environments.
