This project involved reconfiguring and modernizing a large two-bedroom apartment at Mount Royale, Mount Maunganui. The design expanded the apartment by incorporating conservatories and adhering to strict Body Corporate regulations. The interior features clean lines, bright spaces, hidden storage, and high-quality finishes, reflecting the clients' style and beach living emphasis. The result is a timeless, elegant apartment ready for permanent residence.
