Wailoaloa Beach, located in the rapidly developing suburb of Nadi along Fiji’s coast, holds special environmental significance and offers an ideal setting for a resort experience.

The proposed development includes 100 two-bedroom apartments across two levels, strategically positioned to optimize each unit’s views and outlooks. The central resort hotel and reception area will feature restaurants, facilities, pools, and leisure activities.

A significant challenge for this project was addressing rising sea levels. Collaborating with a coastal engineer, we designed solutions for these projected setbacks while seamlessly integrating the resort with the beach through proper coastal engineering solutions.
