A recently completed commercial development features a mix of retail, medical, and hospitality spaces. Working alongside Foster Group and joint venture clients, FPA was awarded a silver in the 2024 NZ Commercial Project Awards.

The masterplan for this steeply sloped site resulted in a varied development centered around a village green linked to a community space, with undercroft parking, easy pedestrian flow, and a mix of shared and delineated access routes.
FPA designed all buildings within the development, creating a vibrant new community space that was lacking in Omokoroa.
