Papamoa Junction

Papamoa is a fast growing suburb in Tauranga with commercial sector needing to catch up with the residential growth. FPA collaborated with Colliers International, Aurecon, Collier Consultants, and Carrus Corporation to create a masterplan for commercial, residential, and industrial sites on a prominent corner in Papamoa East. The site, located at the intersection of two busy roads, required careful treatment of frontages and internal access roads to minimize the impact of carparks on building frontages.

Extensive collaboration with engineers, planners, and real estate agents was key to delivering this new development for the growing community.
