This master plan articulates the vision for the future Paeroa Village within the proposed Paeroa Racecourse subdivision. Designed as an end destination comprising of six buildings with retail, office, medical and hospitality offerings complementing the existing town and amenities of Paeroa Main Street, it draws inspiration from the area’s natural features, including mature heritage trees and direct views of the “Black Mountain.”
