Graham Price (as the founding director of FPA) has extensive architectural experience, throughout the Pacific and Africa. Through his relationship with the client’s from Vanuatu and Australia, FPA were engaged to visit Vanuatu and design a new Pacific Resort.

Through design workshops, we prepared all the masterplanning for this unique and exciting destination. This natural green site, had interesting topography and sloped towards the Bay. The client’s Vision was for a staged development, that would grow over time based on the countries growth, particularly in Tourism as a future popular destination.

The main hospitality and resort sites were along the beach, with the potential for a small marina where there was a natural inlet through the reef. The residential sites of various sizes, were integrated along natural contour lines, overlooking the main recreation green space and 9 hole golf course.
