The site is located at the intersection of urban and rural areas, a characteristic that should be integrated into its architecture to enhance its setting. Originally pasture land, the development will feature six new commercial buildings. The design prioritises the spaces between the buildings, utilising landscaping and breakout areas to create opportunities for interaction, ensuring the user experience is not centered around the main car park.
