First Principles Architects proposed a masterplan for a mixed-use development in Omokoroa, Western Bay of Plenty, focusing on two central landscape zones that enhance the town's green atmosphere. The plan includes retail, medical, and residential spaces across 1.7 hectares, with pedestrian access to surrounding streets and a nearby supermarket. The development aims to create pleasant spaces for the surrounding residential areas. Additionally, concept masterplan images were created for a picturesque island resort in the Pacific.
