The design features brick cladding, tall arched windows, and dark metal cladding to blend heritage aspects with an industrial aesthetic. The building includes hospitality areas, a conference centre, and three levels of office space with balconies offering harbour views. Semi-basement parking encourages sustainable commuting options.
