Mount Central is designed to create a new urban street corner at a key node in Mount Maunganui. The retail building features an active street corner that connects to a car park, providing a covered outdoor room and excellent pedestrian connectivity. The design includes restaurant and café outlets, a retail anchor, and boutique retail offerings. It won the Retail Architecture Silver Award at the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards 2019.
